12. Instant Funding Terms & Conditions
Instant funding, where available, is subject to additional terms and conditions provided at the time of funding. Availability depends on your bank and may not be available in all circumstances. Queen Advance is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
13. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) / Claims of Copyright Infringement
If you believe any content on our Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to deals@queenadvance.com including: a description of the copyrighted work; identification of the infringing material; your contact information; a statement of good faith belief; and your signature.
14. Third Party Sites or Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Queen Advance does not control and is not responsible for the content or practices of any linked site. Inclusion of a link does not constitute endorsement.
15. Pre-Dispute Notification
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to notify Queen Advance in writing of your complaint and provide us 30 days to resolve the dispute.
16. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver

You and Queen Advance LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in a court of law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS. This agreement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
